Fall, Cold, and Dryness
Farewell to summer, Fall is here. The leaves are turning and falling. The cold is creeping in and and the moisture is dried up. The organ of the season is lung, as the lungs are supceptible to dryness.
Taking care of your lungs by start running humidifier and excercise your lungs properly. Training Tai Chi, Qi Gong or Yoga would help strengthen the lungs. Lungs relate to the body immune system. For the people with weak immune systems, check the formula Bu Zhong Yi Qi Wan to help improve your immune system.
